Davidson Belluso has been selected to develop the detention officer recruitment campaign for the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO).

Recruitment for detention officers for MCSO has been increasingly difficult in recent years. The department has a current backlog of open positions at MCSO’s five detention facilities in the county. The Maricopa County Sherriff’s Office currently has the third largest jail system in the United States and serves police departments throughout the county. In addition to adding a significant volume of officers, MCSO is looking to diversify its pool of officers in an effort to better serve the community at large.
