I’m thrilled to announce that Davidson Belluso has been awarded the contract to set-up a new Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) and develop their tourism marketing program. With a population of more than 37,000 people, Marana, AZ, located north of Tucson, is growing rapidly as many people from around the country move into Southern Arizona and as Tucson grows northward.
Marana, home of the world-famous Accenture Match Play golf tournament held every February at the Dove Mountain Golf Club, part of the Ritz Carlton’s Dove Mountain resort, has many natural features, recreational activities and attractions for tourists in Arizona’s beautiful Sonoran Desert.
As the Chief Economic Development Strategist, I will set up and organize the DMO and develop Marana’s tourism program and campaign in conjunction with Rob Davidson, Senior Account Director for Davidson Belluso and Account Executive for Tempe Tourism Offices’ marketing and web strategies.
