Rob Davidson and Michela Belluso founded Davidson Belluso in 2001, building its foundation from a passion for helping cause brands and purpose-driven organizations accomplish their marketing goals. Somehow it seems like yesterday and forever ago! We’ve grown from a small start-up agency and we have a lot to celebrate and be grateful for.

At the end of the day, our agency’s success is credited to the incredibly talented team behind the work and to the clients who trust us as partners and empower us to do what we do best.

From the beginning, we saw an opportunity to create a different agency model where the red tape typically found in larger shops would be replaced by direct access to top management and leadership personnel — and where big egos would be replaced by innovative thinking, open communication, and synergistic collaboration. More than 20 years later, we still work this way. Our clients view us as partners rather than vendors, which creates a team-focused culture that fosters open discussion and communication, cohesiveness, accountability, and transparency. And that kind of relationship leads to amazing work.

Our goal is always to become a seamless extension of our clients’ marketing teams, so we are continually learning about their businesses and the most effective ways to apply our unique expertise. We strive to deliver proactive recommendations and solutions that are in line with our client’s objectives, and we’ve adapted to each client’s needs along the way to customize processes that work best for their teams. It’s a process that has worked well for our clients, and one that requires a lot of flexibility from our internal team.

Our internal team… well, they’re rockstars. They’re talented, committed, and strategic, and they make work fun even on the most stressful days. The advertising business is chocked full of last-minute projects, unexpected delays, strategy shifts, and the occasional all-nighter and our team rises and rallies… every single time.
