CASE STUDY
Colorado Department of Human Services
One of the Colorado Department of Human Services’ goals is to improve access to vital communication tools for members of the SENSE Colorado (formerly known as the Colorado Division for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind - DHHDB) communities. Davidson Belluso helped plan and execute an ADA- and WCAG- compliant, multimedia public awareness campaign for SENSE Colorado, targeting DHHDB community members, their caregivers, family members, and dependents. The campaign included social media strategy and content creation, paid advertising on social platforms (Facebook and Instagram), search engine marketing, and geographic and demographic behavioral display ads running throughout the state to raise awareness about available communication tools.
