The City of Chandler was struggling with recruitment and retention challenges and needed innovative solutions to leverage the City’s many benefits and attract qualified candidates. In 2022 Davidson Belluso was asked to create a research-informed nationwide digital marketing campaign and media strategy to reform and improve recruitment efforts for the City, reaching key audiences with messaging that inspires action.
