Mike Barcia joined the Davidson Belluso team in 2018 to lead its digital department, bringing extensive knowledge in technology and digital marketing. His strategic insights on agency management, solid understanding of business operations, and natural leadership abilities quickly became evident and led Mike to his new role as General Manager.
As General Manager, Mike supports ownership in the management of general agency operations, including growth strategies, staff management and culture, marketing, and financial performance. He has built a strong track record of successful client performance across various industries. He is a creative problem-solver with deep expertise in digital marketing, known for his ability to develop innovative solutions that drive results and client satisfaction. Mike consistently delivers measurable outcomes, ensuring that clients achieve their strategic objectives. His hands-on approach to onboarding ensures that new clients are seamlessly integrated, setting the stage for long-term success.
Working directly with clients to monitor performance and relationships, he assists with high level strategy and planning, while ensuring proper operational integration between Davidson Belluso and our clients. He is always looking (and finding) creative ways to improve the agency’s workflow, culture, and processes, expand capabilities, and maximize the agency’s performance for our clients.
During his years at the agency, Mike has contributed his analytical and strategic skills to nearly every client, including the Arizona Secretary of State, Office of the Arizona Attorney General, Court Appointed Special Advocates, and Maricopa County Human Resources Department from the government sector, and healthcare clients, including Lifewell (now Terros Health), ASU AZ CEAL Consortium, and Imaging Endpoints. He’s also played a strategic role on the Gila River Resorts & Casinos account, Amegy Bank, Paradise Valley School District, Phoenix College, Arizona School Boards Association, and several other key clients.
An Arizona native, Mike enjoys going to all the great restaurants in the Phoenix Downtown, Midtown, and Arcadia/Biltmore areas and spending time with his niece and nephew.
