Bruce has been part of the Davidson Belluso leadership team since 2008, bringing over 40 years of experience in leading strategic and creative brand initiatives for clients in various sectors, specifically government, education, healthcare, and tourism.
Before joining Davidson Belluso as Chief Creative & Strategy Officer, Bruce was instrumental in the strategic planning and creative development efforts for government accounts, including The Arizona Lottery, Phoenix CVB, and the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS).
Experienced in consumer and B2B brands across a variety of sectors, Bruce has worked with DoubleTree Hotels, Wyndham Hotels, Best Western Hotels, SilverRock Resort (La Quinta, CA), Orange Tree Golf Resort, Wigwam Resort, CVS/Caremark (Fortune 100), Circle K, Arizona Cardinals, Phoenix Coyotes, Norwest Bank, Mesa Community College, and Goodwill of Central Arizona.
As part of the Davidson Belluso leadership team, Bruce spearheads the marketing communications strategy, brand management, and creative development for all the agency’s clients, including the Arizona Office of Economic Opportunity, Glendale Union High School District, the Maricopa Association of Governments, and Tempe Tourism Office, to name a few.
In his capacity as Chief Creative & Strategy Officer, Bruce oversees the integration of innovative marketing techniques, ensures the alignment of creative direction with strategic goals, and drives the development of unique, client-tailored solutions. He leads cross-functional teams in conceptualizing and executing high-impact campaigns, resulting in measurable growth for clients, such as increased audience engagement, enhanced brand recognition, and improved ROI. Bruce’s leadership in creative strategy has helped elevate client brands and deliver award-winning campaigns that consistently outperform industry benchmarks.
His work has been continually recognized for creative excellence, including the prestigious OBIE award for outdoor advertising. In his spare time, Bruce enjoys golfing and going on ski trips with his brother and son.
